Guest guest
Sharon, Wow understand exactly where your coming from, you sound like me. What a huge change from not being able to walk by a place to not going in at all. Eating half a tub of ice cream in the car, " we have all been there before and you are not alone " . Have you ever had to go back in to buy another one for the family? Bet you don't miss that anymore. Your most likely also saving lot's of money, kind of funny how that works too. Whenever you have to go back into an ice cream shop/store in the future it's ok. What Val does is bring some tea with her. What I do is one of the following (order nothing, order a bottled water LARGE, or a cup of chopped nuts as a snack.) Sounds like your doing Great.
