Guest guest
Christine, Glad that your here and it's nice to hear your voice. Congradulations on being on Step#2, journaling is such a HUGE part of the program. Connecting what you eat and how you feel is key to unfolding what works and what does not. Also being preparred for things in advance is big too. It's good that your willing to " take the time " . Your instincts are correct, there is no rush. It's a healing process which can be sustained the rest of ones life. With the stress of going back to work you might want to pump up your protein just a little, to keep you extra sharp. It's difficult changing from one state to another, so also be extra kind to yourself and do more BE raising activities. Also let us know what your having for breakfast, this might be a good way for us to help provide you with helpful hints. Nice to have you here.
