Just wondering what Hot Weather Foods are your favorite which are Program Friendly. What foods do you recommend to help cool off? Let's share..... Guest guest
I'm eating a lot of cold foods - salads with protein added, program friendly cole slaw that I made myself. If I cook, I only cook on the stovetop, in the microwave, or in the slow cooker. But I don't want a whole hot meal. I also found that when it's really hot in hte house, a gel pack that has been in the freezer, wrapped in a kitchen towel and placed on the back of my neck really helps. Guest guest
Allison, Thank you, the weather has gone down (a little) from 108 yesterday to only 98 today. Find that my whole family is drinking lots more water, most likely 10-12 cups. Thank you once again Bob , alschacht wrote: > > I'm eating a lot of cold foods - salads with protein added, program friendly cole slaw that I made myself.
