Guest guest
Hi Ya'll, Had a good IM chat with a RR Friend yeasterday. It brought up the topic of how do you know when things are right? Prior to the program I was so wacked out on going from one sugar fix to another along with the high's and lows of this did not listen to my inner voice. Also was a cronic workaholic working 70-80 hours a week, not taking a vacation for many years in a row, and did not allow myself to listen. By finding Kathleens book SARP and by doing the food this amazing healing process has opened up my world and my inner voice. I am free from hitting the snackbar at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and this " is freedom " . To be free of this addiction would never have been possible without SARP healing process and infinate wisdom, I am so grateful. I have an inner voice now and it's calm. Through this inner peace there is a balance. My worklife is now balanced, with calm. People now ask, " do you ever get mad at things " , my response is, " not often " . The balanced bichemistry keeps me centered and calm. It's amazing that everyone here can have this and more to, simply by doing the food. Even though I'm a guy, I now am in touch with lot's of feelings (some of which are stil new to me). Now it's the inner voice which drives me in positive directions..... On the weekends I teach people an ancient form of fitness. It feels like such a blessing to help give back and help others minimize stress and get centered. It's nice to put smiles on peoples faces. Prior to the program I would laugh but not really smile. Smiles are great. Just wondering how are you doing with the program so far? Let us know. Peace, Bob
Guest guest
Hi Bob, I had meant to respond earlier to this great thread you started. I think the idea of feelings / inner voice is so great. It's something that can be challenging for me at times, but I think I'm getting more in touch with my inner voice, and will continue to do so more and more, as I do the food, as well. Just wanted to thank you for sharing this. And would be curious to hear others' thoughts as well. -Tania --- Bob <yogabob7 wrote: > Hi Ya'll, > > Had a good IM chat with a RR Friend yeasterday. Guest guest
Tania, Doing the food & steps brings this about. It's great and opens up new chapters in one's life. Thank you for your nice note.
