Marina,

 

It's so nice to have you back again, a " Big re-Welcome " . Breakfast (step #1)

was one of

the hardest steps for me. I never ate breakfast, the thought of eating before

noon was

simply beyond me at the time. I remember my 1st Tuna Sandwhich for breakfast,

thought

someone was going to have to help me chew and swallow for me.

 

For Breakfast I really enjoy oatmeal with protein powder, shredded wheat with

protein

powder or nuts, cottage cheese or yogurt with whole wheat toast (want to learn

how to

make my own bread again).

 

Overall it's important that everyone in your family unit heals. However your

the key to

them getting there, so keep working breakfast. We are all here for you.

Staying in touch

with the group and asking questions is an important part of the healing process

too, it

becomes a positive journey.
