Guest guest
Hi, Its been a couple years since I did kathleen's step program. When I last did the steps I felt better, clearer and more healthy than I had in years (maybe ever). but. . .. .I relapsed. I'm starting again the radiant recovery program. I've tried WW and other diet modification programs, all of which help a little but ultimately I'd cave in and start unhealthy patterns of sugar binging again. I'm a vegetarian so I thought I'd start here for community. I've been eating breakfast with protien for a week now and keeping a journal again. It's discouraging to feel like I'm starting all over , but this program has had the best and longest lasting effect for me. Real change doesn't happen until your really ready to make the change not just intellectually, but in your heart. I think I've gotten there. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'm determined and know how good I felt the last time. looking for hope. . . and feeling hopeful.
