Guest guest
1 pkg tempeh, cut in quarters 1 c. water 1 T. soy sauce 1 strip kombu 4 onions, sliced in half-circles 1 pkg sauerkraut Place quartered tempeh in pot with water, soy sauce and kombu (probably optional if you don't have it). Cover and bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes. Save the juice. Quickly pan fry the tempeh. Saute the onions in a little oil for 10-12 minutes. Add the tempeh juice, cook slowly for 30 minutes-1 hour. Add tempeh and sauerkraut, mixing well. Cook over low heat until heated thoroughly. Guest guest
I haven't tried it yet, I'm going to try it this weekend. I love sauerkraut, so I guess it sounds really appealing to me! I usually use the multi-grain tempeh because I try not to over-do the soy--I have thyroid problems. I'll let you know how it turns out. , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > How does this taste?
