After almost 5 years my wife (DW) is just as aware of the sugar content of everything we purchased today. It's kind of funny but felt " Love & Understanding " in the Supermarket today. There are so many prepackaged quick foods, smiled as I'm not in a rush anymore. Just wanted to say that I'm sooo Thankful for finding Kathleen's Program and for the peace which it brings everyday, even in the Supermarket.
