Guest guest Posted October 2, 2006 Report Share Posted October 2, 2006 Good Afternoon, I've alway's done at least 1/2 hour exercise per day while being on this wonderful program. About 4 years ago gave up running due to my right knee saying ( " watch it " ). This past week my DD wanted to get some exercise together (nice bonding moment), so we decided to run for a mile at her old school. It was so nice doing this together, I want her to remember that we did lot's of things together. Further she was slowing down so we could stay together, felt old, but happy. So a couple of more times this week ran another two miles, over the next month want to run the mile without stopping. Another thing that I found is that I have more energy after running, it's a real nice change. Along with this I've been eating more more veggy's. Oh well just wanted to share.
