Guest guest Posted October 2, 2006 Report Share Posted October 2, 2006 Good Morning, Our family is home today, on Monday. This morning had a desire to walk along the beach. My DW was up to going so we took the 18 min drive and went to the beach. The sand had just been raked by the tractor, the sky was bright blue, the water was so clean and cold. Just loved the wind blowing in my hair coupled along with the soft ray's of the sun, and the waves crashing on the beach, this was a nice soft BE Raiser & cardio. Walked about a mile. There were more birds then people along the beach. I told my DW the sand piper knows exactly what it's going to eat, where it's going to sleep, what it's going to do all day long, no identity crisis here. Sand pipers stand on one leg, know it's to conserve energy, but it's kind of funny, looks like they are doing yoga.... We normally take walks like this when were on vacation, it was real nice to just enjoy the day. Were having a lovely salad for lunch gtg. Just wanted to share.
