Hi Deanna,

It's nice to have you here A BIG WELCOME.

When I went through the progam I kept paying attention to only doing one step at

a time

and not jumping ahead. Many sugar sensitive people like to just dive straight

into things

full speed ahead. Several people which I've met at Ranch, started doing all the

steps at

once and have a large potiential to wind up at a later time and going back

doing the steps

in order over a minimum of 6-8 months. The wisdom behind the program is that

it's a

healing process which takes time.......

A key component of the program is doing step #2 (Journaling). It takes time to

unlock the

connections between what one eats and how one feels and functions over time.

If

someone wanted to stop journaling cold, I would suggest sticking to it. There

are a

number of people in this group which would be happy to advise you on how to make

it

more fun.

One of the benifits of the healing process is that " all the cravings go away " .

While I was

going through the program was buying all the pastry's and desserts for a major

theme

park. On one day had just about all my favorite old foods in front of me for a

major

cutting, I just wanted to " throw up " . I drank about 4 extra bottles of water

that day.

Having enough nuts or protein is vital to doing the program & feeling good long

term.

Since you like raw foods you may want to add some nuts to your shake. Another

idea if

you truly like the enzymes you may wish to soak your nuts (almonds or cashews)

then

blend them into your shake.

All in All welcome to the program and were glad to have you here. Whatever we

can do to

help you along with this program, just let us know?

Sincerely,

Bob
