Guest guest
Spaghetti Squash is so versatile ... we eat it in pasta sauce or I use butter, parm cheese, garlic and sour cream. We have even eaten it plain. It's a really good veggie! Robin in NC
Guest guest
The way I do it is split it in half and then bake it in a baking dish with a small amount of water cut side down.
Guest guest
Yes, I put mine on 350. I've not cooked one in a while but it seems like it's about an hour.... I can't recall I've got it wrote down somewhere.

Guest guest
Sounds great. I'm just afraid of over cooking it. I don't want it to end up like mush like I tried doing it once in the past. Then I ended up having to eat it like you would mashed potatoes, only thing is, that, I never had to mash it , since it was already mushed up. :-) Thanks !!! --- " Nancy K. Guest guest
My DW tried a new way of cooking Speghetti Squash last night. She cooked the whole thing then I had to cut and scrape out the center. Did not like this method as much as cutting, scraping out the center, placing in 1/4 " water, then cooking @ 350 for 45min. From now on I'll make my own Speghetti Squash, it was sure nice of her to try. Bob
