Guest guest
Just wanted to share, I have not been looking forward to this, but here it goes. Had to go to the dentist to get 2 fillings re-done. Ate breakfast before hand then took my DD to school, then sat in " the chair " for an hour. I'm thankful to get this taken care of now by a professional which I trust. I have confidence in the work which she did. I'm eating an early lunch to have the extra protein and *browns* to balance me out & avoid the wobbles. I have not had a cavity since starting this program It's amazing to me ( & true) there is a direct link between sugar and cavities. Having the fillings re-done today is almost like paying twice for something. At least I had them changed from silver to white. Thank Goodness for Good Quality Dentists coupled with doing the food. Peace, Bob
Guest guest
Thank you for sharing, Bob! I hope I will be able to go to the dentist with more ease and confidence next time. I'm terrified of the dentist, partly because I seem to have sensitive teeth that often have holes and it seems like everything the dentist does hurts! Maybe the program can help this too, it's done so much for me already. Love, Lisa , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > Just wanted to share, > > I have not been looking forward to this, but here it goes. Guest guest
Lisa, Yes, I have had no new cavities since the start of the program. Guess lot's of the improvment is linked to no longer doing sugar. Guess all of our civilation was not supposed to eat sugar and suffer so much decay linked to diet. My brother has sensitive teeth and I can sure relate to what your saying. I'm sure you will find benifit with this program & better way's of dealing with the helpful Dentists office visits. I'd much rather go when I'm scheduled vs. having to go.... I made a promise to myself that after step #7 that I would do whatever it took to keep my teeth in good shape, including the short term pain of the visits. All The Best.
