Guest guest
During my carnivore day's would not feel like we had enough foods unless we had lots of animal protein products filling the fridge. Sometimes felt like we were running out or did not have enough. Now that we've been making veggy protein meals it's almost the inverse of the previous situation. We have too much food and feel compelled to stay home or take food from home on the road. It's such a blessing having more then enough food for my family to eat. For example my DW made Speghetti Squash, it did not turn out well, but it represented almost 5 meals for about $3.50. Oh Well, Just wanted to share.... Guest guest
That's such an insightful post. Thanks for sharing. I'm finding about the same... more food for less money. My only " problem " now is that I tend to buy too many fresh vegetables when they have " sales " at the store, and then have trouble finding places to store it all, and to use it up before it spoils. But I'm getting better: I didn't fall for the 15 pounds of grapefruit for $4 special last week. :-) Pati in Texas , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > During my carnivore day's would not feel like we had enough foods unless we had lots of > animal protein products filling the fridge. Guest guest
Pati, Thank you for your kind words. BTW I lived in San Antonio for 3 years and remember how good the Texas Grapefruits are. Wow 15# for $4.00 that's a deal. I would mostly shop at HEB, what a cool store that is. HEB employees expected to take your cart from the store all the time and help you load the groceries into the car. Took me about a year to get usto that. One day my brother visited from NY and I realized he would never get usto that, you want to take my groceries and also my car (LOL)!!! The Barnes & Noble in SA is where I found the Radiant Recovery SARP Book, right after going to marble slab and getting my last " Brain Freeze/Sugar Buzz " , get dizzy just " fixing " to think about that (LOL). Glad your here... Bob , " Pat in Austin " <nj7r wrote: > > That's such an insightful post. Thanks for sharing. > > I'm finding about the same... more food for less money.
