Thanksgiving - Meal

I alway's truly appreciate being a Radiant Veggy on Thanksgiving. We mostly go

out to

friends home(s), rather then cook at home. I wind up doing a salad (w/cheese)

and baked

potato later that night.

Just wondering what your game plan is for this year???

Staying home. Probably will rake the rest of the leaves and maybe go to a movie. Write another 1667 words on my novel (maybe more). Be grateful that I am not driving anywhere or having to deal with cooking a meal for 14. Hug my husband and my son and be very grateful that my daughters and their families and happy and well.Bob <yogabob7 wrote: I alway's truly appreciate being a Radiant Veggy on Thanksgiving. Hi Bob

I was wondering what constitutes as a brown when you do your salad with cheese?

I assume the potato is the nightcap

That's funny, it's not Thanksgiving yet, come on *not busted*. Have not made my

mind up

on browns yet, perhaps wild rice or triscuits, decisions, decisions,

decisions...

Everything I have read in Kathleen's books I know relates to me. So do these great e-mails. My challenge is breakfast. I wake up at 5:15 and am out the door at 5:45 to go work out. From there I go to work. I tried weating breakfast at 5:20 and felt sick all morning. At that point I stopped doing the program. I am sure there are other people who have this challenge. Can anyone help me? Could I just drink the protein powder in soy milk before working out? I would try a shake before working out and see if that works for you.

you would need a brown like 1/3 cup of oats with your protein powder and soy milk

Shellie,

Breakfast was the hardest step for me too. I workout almost every morning too.

What

works for me is making oatmeal the night before & adding protein powder. Then

having

1/2 of the breakfast before the workout and the other 1/2 after the workout.

Why don;t

you try that for a week, if you can, and let us know how your doing.
