I want to cry--a) because I am not alone and I am happy b) because others have had to suffer like me. My whole life I have been so so sugar sensitive and a veggie. I am going to need some mega advice. I do not get close to getting my protein in so I am about to start on this crazy journey. I am starting on breakfast...gonna try oatmeal tomorrow with protein powder and almond butter. Any good shake ideas? I need about 25 grams of protein a meal. Many people are learning as we go along. Starting Breakfast is Huge. Shake Ideas blend up Georges Shake mix add some blueberries and almonds, get creative... Glad to have you here, keep us posted.
