Bob's Holiday Salad (Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July....) 2 English Cucumber (Cut into wedges) 6 Roma Tomato (Cut into wedges) 3 Bell Peppers, Red, Yellow, & Green (Chopped) 1 Can Garbanzo Beans 1 Can Kidney Beans 6 Scallion Stalks (Chopped) 1 Can Hearts of Palm (Sliced) 1 Handful of Artichoke Hearts (1/4'ed) 1 Cup Chedder Cheese (Chopped) 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1 Lemon (Juiced) 10 Turns on Pepper Grinder Enjoy, Bob Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You may try if you like the Artichoke Hearts packed in oil in " Glass " containers.
