Guest guest
Ted, I use Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bouillon cubes - 'no salt added' version. " Ingredients: Yeast Extract, organic nonhydrogenated Palm Oil, organic Rice Flour, organic Carrots, organic Onions, organic Celery, organic Parsley, organic Turmeric, organic Mace. It has 101 mg sodium per 1/2 cube (one cube goes into 2 cups boiling water). It tastes great too. I buy it at our local co-op/natural grocery store. I hope this helps. , " Ted " <tedkir wrote: > > Hi folks...is there anybody who can give me the name of a commercial > vegetable soup base(or broth or packaged soup) that is both low sodium > and has no sweetners...does such a thing exsist....thanks much ted >

Guest guest
Ted, I try the Vegan thing a couple of times a year. I'm not able to maintain my food program on a vegan diet and feel stable. For my body the vegan thing does not work too good. So I choose to go a month here and there. Guest guest
Hey, let us know the recipe for your protein bar when you have it perfected. I'd love something like that for travelling. Dark chocolate(unsweetened of course), brown rice protein, almond butter, soy milk, bolthouse berry boost, earth balance spread, banana, concord grape concentrate, cinnamon. If none of that offends you...it will taste good and not trigger any cravings or out it will go,LOL....ted
Guest guest
Ted, The protein bar could be cool. Theres also a RR Trail Mix which is Awesome. When I did the Vegan thing, wind up with too much Soy. Soy does not sustain me as well as the Dairy Proteins. Nice to have you here...
