Hi All,

I earned some extra income from teaching more yoga classes this week. So I'm

taking my

family out for some wonderful Indian Food tonight. Theres a place a few miles

from our

home then make the best lentils, okra, tofu & lentils, and whole wheat naan. I

alway's feel

very sustained after eating there.

It's kind of funny to me that my practice and teaching of an Indian Tradition

results in my

family eating Traditional Indian Food in S/Cal (smile).

Namaste Everyone,

Bob
