Guest guest
Laurie, I had to get the Authors premission to post the recipe here, Homemade Trail Mix 1 c. almonds 1 c. soynuts (dry roasted, unsalted) 1 c. rolled oats 1/2c. sunflower seeds 1/2c. pumpkin seeds 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut, flaked and dried. 1 c. unsweetened puffed bown rice cereal 3 Tbsp. olive oil. 1tsp. chili powder Preheat oven to 350F. Combine trail mix ingredients in a large bowl. Add flavorings if desired. Spread trail mix on a cookie sheet lightly coasted with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until ingredients are golden brown and flavors are set. Makes 8 servings (basic recipe). Prep Time 10 minutes. Cook Time 15 minutes. Beginner Skill. FYI, Bob , " lorealmn " <laurielmn wrote: > > Hi! Could you please elaborate about the RR Trail Mix. Is there a recipe some > where? (if so, how do I find it ) > Thanks!!
