Hi there

Just signed up and relieved to see that I don't have to eat meat to do

this programme! The book and the site seem pretty meat focused...and

I've just found out my 'proteins' like quinoa and mixing e.g. lentils

with rice don't really count.

I need to read the book/the site more, but in the meantime wanted to

say hi to fellow veggies (and folk into yoga?) and I look forward to

reading more and getting my head around the programme. On breakfast at

the mo, and also trying to find a UK equivalent of the protein powder

which is mentioned. Anyone out there from the UK? And know what type

is good here?

All good wishes

maya :)

Hi Maya!

I'm not from the UK, so I can't help you there. But I want to say

" Hello! And Welcome! "
