Guest guest
During lunch went to a Street Fair and bought sprouted beans. They looked good and they tasted good. About an hour later, lets just say it was gross, & my body is really empty. I know better, but I just wanted something different. I've only purchased sprouted beans from Whole Foods Market, guess I will just be sticking to that in the future. Had to do several BE Raisers to get over this situation. Took a very long hot bath, lit a candle, listened to soft music, etc. At least I can smile now that the end of the storm has passed = Thank Goodness. Peace Out, Bob
Guest guest
I have not eaten bean sprouts in about 20 years since getting really sick after eating chow mein. I don't know if it was food poisoning or a virus, and if it was food poisoning, I don't know that the bean sprouts were the problem, but I just associate them with that night, and being the sickest I have ever been in my life. Guest guest
Allison, Sounds like you've been right there with me at a different time for the same reason. My body needed to flush out whatever was in my GI track, that process was complete. Combined with Yoga and Meditiation the IBD stuff has evaporated and hopefully will never surface again (fingers crossed). Thank you for your guidance & friendship along the way.
