BTW I'm a Pesco Vegetarian, I eat fish to give me the protein which my body needs. A couple of times a year, do the the vegan thing, but find it very difficult to handle for any more then a few weeks. Have a Wonderful Evening, Peace, Bob , " Sarra B.
