Guest guest Posted February 11, 2007 Report Share Posted February 11, 2007 Bob, I was making a salad for a while with mixed greens, pine nuts, a few halved red grapes, and goat cheese. I just used a homemade vinegrette to top it all off--very refreshing! I also like chopping up endive and topping it with a little blue cheese, the sharp flavors complement each other. I think walnuts or pecans on top would also be nice, but I haven't tried it since I'm allergic to those. I'm big on nuts and cheese to top salads LOLOL. Think I'll also add some chopped or sliced red onion too. Sometimes just get stuck making the same salad, which has been good for ¥ears, but I need change.
