Guest guest
Bob, I know you called out for suggestions. How about this one? What are people's favorite, simple ways to eat tofu?
Guest guest
Sounds Great, I just love to have stir fried tofu with veggy's and brown rice. I also really enjoy having hot chinese mustard with this as well. I also like lentils and tofu like at my fav Indian Restaruant. Who needs meat with this yummy food. Guest guest
I'd like some tips on how to cook tofu, since I just bought a soy milk maker with the tofu kit and can make my own! My favorite way of cooking tofu is to freeze it for at least 2 days and then thaw it and crumble it. It has a really nice texture after being frozen, and I use it to replace minced meat in recipes. Guest guest
I like tofu in curry dishes. Chinese mustard sounds good too, I'll have to try that! I buy extra firm tofu and freeze and thaw it before I cook with it. I like the texture to be chewier. , " Lisa " <avanai wrote: > > I'd like some tips on how to cook tofu, since I just bought a soy > milk maker with the tofu kit and can make my own!
