Guest guest Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Good Morning, Wanted to let everyone know that It's now my 6th Anniversary on the RR Food Program. My life has changed in so many positive way's since embracing the program and changing things forever. The journey continues everyday. Prior to being on the program felt like I had to control everything, which I could. Guess when one is " out of control " there is a need to control. Honestly can admit that those day's are gone, no longer seek or want control over anything.... A big part of my path is letting go of control, thank goodness.
