Hi All,

Tomorrow I'm going to a conference in Palm Springs. I've lived in S/Cal for

over 20 years but

have not made it to Palm Springs. Went shopping for food yeasterday and have my

car fully

loaded with Veggy Foods. I have triscuits, brown rice cooked off, protein

powder, peanuts,

and a case of bottled water, these are my survival foods when going to a new

place. I look

forward to seeing what types of fresh veggies they have at the Hotel.

The other things which I'm planning out are what the BE Raiser things are which

I'm going to

do. I've loaded my car up with some CD's which I have not heard in a long time,

should be

nice to sing along during the drive there. I'm also bringing my 2 fav yoga mats

to re-start

my practice. Also plan on spending time in the jacuzzi.

The hotel has wifi so I will keep checking in. I'll let you know how it goes...

Have a wonderful trip, Bob! Thanks for sharing with us your survival foods and BE raisers. Learning what works for others helps me discover what works for me. -LynnBob <yogabob7 wrote: Hi All,Tomorrow I'm going to a conference in Palm Springs.
