I've never liked meat very much and now I usually have meat or fish for lunch (I'm on step 3) and I feel that's more than enough meat for me in a day. I've joined the group to get some ideas for vegetarian dinners and to learn how to count protein as a vegetarian. Do you also count the non- dense protein sources?
