Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I understand that we are eating the protein, for the amino acids, and for us especially "tryptophan." Which is being transformed to seratonin when we sleep "Mr Potato Head, I love you." And I am wondering does anyone have the tryptophan content for veg foods, especially non-dairy sources if there are any? Also what about supplementation? Can veg people take a tryptophan supplement? And could this be the answer for the vegetarian or vegan at heart? ~Deanna AOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at AOL.com.
