Guest guest
Hi Sharon, Wow - my first-ever attempt at doing a data-base thing - I put one entry (not sure if it would go through so tried one as a test) into the " second unamed " data base. It needs to be named (how?) " Boston area " . If you could try it and see if you can access what I wrote, then I will enter more. Also, if I got the info in the wrong place, please feel free to correct it. I am taking this " testing restaurants " job VERY seriously - and plan to go get lunch in town again tomorrow! Can I add restaurants where I live (Sweden) or is it supposed to be only US places? Lisa ______________________________\ ____Need a vacation? Guest guest
I agree, I'll need to eat out more now for " research! " ;-) I put the table name on there for you. To do it yourself, you need to be on the database main page, where you can see the list of all the tables (San Diego, Boston, etc.), On the right, there are " edit " and " delete " buttons for each table. You just go into edit, and you can add/change names and such for the table as a whole. Hey, when are you going to SF? I'm going to be there next weekend (June 1); my SO and I just decided. Let me know if you know any good program restaurants besides Greens. Cheers, Sharon in CA Gail Shapiro <weedabutt Monday, May 21, 2007 7:26:58 AM Restaurant data base - Sharon, help! Guest guest
thanks - I will try to do the database, but hopelessly low tech.... Not going to SFO until 6/15, reservation for sunday at Greens, so if you find anything, please let me know! My dd lives about an hour north and knows the city pretty well, so she might have some good ideas! Gail Sharon Wylie <swylie2002 wrote: I agree, I'll need to eat out more now for " research!
