Guest guest
Kathleen, when you said: " This means looking at your protein needs with the same ratio - ie .4 - .6 grams of protein for each pound of your body weight each day " I decided to calculate that out. I've been on program so long that I think I've instinctively kept at the higher range (and then even rounded up, so I didn't have to worry about counting <grin>) just to make sure I was getting enough. I have a feeling that I can cut it down to the lower range. I'll give that a try and see how I feel. That'll make it so much easier for me to try to eat this way.
