The point some people have made here is that when they've tried it, they haven't felt their optimal best. I would like to try it sometime; I am going to have a couple of months off some time next year, and I've thought that might be one of my " projects. " My breakfast is a vegan, soy-free shake. Lunch could be based around beans. Dinner with soy, nuts, and/or bean combo.
