Mosaic, I'm on a kind of inbetween step. Because of that extreme roller

coaster I'm on I got the advice from Kathleen to concentrate on three

meal before journaling. Just started. got it right yesterday with snack

between.

It's strange. I was used to browns before and now that I eat them

almost regularly with protein my craving for sugar is almost

gone!!!!!!!! (since three days LOL)

I Know that the reason why I suffer probably comes from withdrawl. But

if I don't like to eat sugar, I don't believe I should add more in than

I crave.

+Am I wrong with that?

That confuses me.

I'm very curious for the bean ideas. I read the one with the cashews

sounded yummy.

Thats great work, Anja! I really can echo Kathleens advice about just

thinking step and doing it, because thats what I eventually did when in

the same situation as you, and people told me to do my step.

 

I think I got exhausted thinking about things and I " gave up " and just

said, ok, step three...three meals, snacks...was a relief, and worked.

 

let us know what happens!

have you found good snacks ? I discovered soy nuts this week.

Kathleen, thanks for reminding. I do. And it started really good the

last two days. But I need a snack between the meals. Anja
