Guest guest
thats what I love about this JoEllen, the variety it brings. Cant wait to see the cashew burgers! Agree ++ about counting the dense protein, that makes it so much easier, for me personally. have you seen in the files? 'List of protein vegetarian sources' ? I have it printed and tucked in the front of my journal. its easier for me than reading the label as, oh dear, the print on tins lately is getting a bit blurry for me! mosaic , " jocameron350 " <joellencameron wrote: > > I am really enjoying incorporating more vegetarian meals > into my program. Guest guest
Thanks, mosaic. That's a good idea to actually print it out. I'm learning a whole new level of finding protein. Yeah, you and I are around the same age, I think. I'm starting to get blurry vision with close ups as well. I suspect that it is also how much time I spend on the computer.
