Can you share the cashew burger recipe. It sounds yummy.

thats what I love about this JoEllen, the variety it brings. Cant

wait to see the cashew burgers!

 

Agree ++ about counting the dense protein, that makes it so much

easier,for me personally.

 

have you seen in the files? 'List of protein vegetarian sources' ?

I have it printed and tucked in the front of my journal. its easier

for me than reading the label as, oh dear, the print on tins lately

is getting a bit blurry for me!

Thanks, mosaic. That's a good idea to actually print

it out. I'm learning a whole new level of finding protein.

 

Yeah, you and I are around the same age, I think.

I'm starting to get blurry vision with close ups as

well. I suspect that it is also how much time I spend

on the computer. :)
