Guest guest
good luck with todays step 3! Anja, I needed a snack for ages and ages. Months and months ! I got more used to listening to what my body says as I went along and only stopped when she said it was OK. Im still listening and have a planned snack when I need one. my usuals are a babybel cheese and a cube of cold sweet potato mashed up hummus with a boiled egg standby in car and handbag- almonds. Any more ideas ? mosaic , " anja_dora " <anja_dora wrote: > > Kathleen, thanks for reminding. I do. And it started really good the > last two days. But I need a snack between the meals. Guest guest
Mosaic, thanks for reassuring me that having snacks is okay for the beginning. mixed nuts I really like for snack and spiced tofu with basil or tomato with a rize cracker or a fruit is good too. The soy article was very interesting, it's again about holding a balance, isn't it? There is a lot of work to do and I want to understand what's happening with me. Reread Sugar Addicts Total Recovery a bit today when I felt I was on my way down and couldn't stop. That was reassuring. Slow and thoughtful is the pace... Guest guest
I read my books often too as I can hear Kathleens voice speaking - its reassuring. I wanted to understand everything at once! Youre right though - all that we feel and go through has reasons, and that does make everything so much easier. Thats been a gradual understanding as my brain heals just by doing the food! hows your step 3 weekend going? Glad you have some nice snacks on hand. mosaic , " anja_dora " <anja_dora wrote: > > Mosaic, thanks for reassuring me that having snacks is okay for the > beginning. > mixed nuts I really like for snack and spiced tofu with basil or > tomato with a rize cracker or a fruit is good too. > The soy article was very interesting, it's again about holding a > balance, isn't it? > There is a lot of work to do and I want to understand what's > happening with me.
