Guest guest
Certainly! It's from the Arrowhead Mills cookbook. 1 cup cashew pieces 2 small carrots 1 small onion 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 egg 2 tablespoons tamari 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1 teaspoon basil oil to brown patties Place cashews in a blender and grind them coarsely. Transfer them to a medium bowl and add the remaining ingredients, except for the oil, and mix well. Shape the mixture into patties and fry in a skillet on medium heat until brown on both sides. Guest guest
The recipe says 4 burgers, and I'm pretty sure they mean dried basil because other recipes specify fresh if called for. But I think either would work, because I spread pesto all over mine and it was delicious. I left out the basil and celery seeds because I didn't have them.
