Guest guest
Wow, I'm excited to have found Lisanatti Almond Mozzerella style " cheese. " It has no dairy or soy, and 8 oz. has 56 grams of protein. And it melts really well and tastes yummy. I am finding it so comforting to have you all to report my findings to. I've been eating less meat and have not felt any negative effects. Thank you, JoEllen
Guest guest
Wow, sounds great. Did you find this at a regular grocery store, of more like a health food store? Guest guest
Hi Sharon, It was at a health food store. Although, I haven't yet checked the " health food' section of my regular grocery store for it yet-it might be there too. JoEllen , Sharon Wylie <swylie2002 wrote: > > Wow, sounds great. I, for one, had just given up on faux cheese, as most are aweful! Where do you find it? Tina
Guest guest
LOL at your " holy cow " expression about the cheese, Tina. I looked again at the package because I know you are vegan, and it does have casein. That's probably why it melts well. But I found it at a local health food store. I remember from my pre-vegan days that the non-vegan ones tasted better and melted better. I will happily pass along the info to my dad, who could benefit from healthier choices! Thanks for thinking of me!
