Guest guest
Hello! I have been enjoying my soy shake almost every morning now for a couple of years. And I blew off the isoflavone information, sort of, I did stop having a second shake later in the day I just added the isoflavones up -- 96 per shake! Once or twice a week I also eat some other form of soy for dinner. I will turn 40 this winter. My cycles, which have been like clockwork since I was 12, -- well, the last two have been different (shorter basically). Do you think this is age or the soy or both? Thanks in advance
Guest guest
I think it is the soy. Basically, people who are under menopause age should really have no more than 25 mg. Of isoflavones a day. You might be interested in the the article I wrote? http://www.radiantrecovery.com/resourcecenter/soystory.htm Warmly, kaKathleen On Oct 15, 2007, at 9:22 AM, anna_ristow wrote: > Hello! > > I have been enjoying my soy shake almost every morning now for a > couple of years. Guest guest
Thank you Kathleen! I knew you had an article about soy isoflavones but I couldn't find it. And, oh my gosh! I have more symptoms of over-use than I'd have guessed. I'm thinking that backing down slowly might be kindest to my body. Is that right? I still want to eat soy, but in moderation from now on. Thanks again! - In , Kathleen DesMaisons <radiantkd wrote: > > I think it is the soy. Basically, people who are under menopause age > should really have no more than 25 mg. Guest guest
Hi Kathleen, What a great article. You have such a gift for making things seem so common sense and simple. " soy--good for you, but don't eat way too much of it. " Thank you for sharing all your research and hard work with us. JoEllen , Kathleen DesMaisons <radiantkd wrote: > > I think it is the soy.
