I hear what youre saying on the dairy - but, having been there myself- dont worry too much about that. I did, and it diverted my energy. I did better with that observing when on step 7. Because everything else had cleared and I got a better picture then. what sort of proteins do you have for breakfast Melissa? what sort of dense proteins do you like best? Great you do within an hour - good work, thats one bit I found hard.
