Guest guest
lol, yes me too Nicola. Im not so dithery these days, much more decisive! mm, see what you mean about the lonely - but thats whats so great about connecting - all of us are doing the same. I also found it quite empowering as in the long run, I feel I have *more* choice if that makes any sense? thats great forward planning for step 3 lunch Nicola, well done you. Good listening to your body as well with the pm snack. Very interesting what you say about your evening meal. I have totally upended my eating pattern over the years. My body thrives on bigger breakfast and lunch and a smaller evening meals - I get my protein right and add less brown/veg in the eve. I used to be the other way round! mosaic , Nicola <nic_paton wrote: > > > thanks mosaic, > > 'fretting a lot' could certainly describe me - & it doesn't have to be a very big decision to bring that on! i just spent 45 minutes trying to work out whether to take on an extra shift at work tomorrow, LOL. > > yes, i find people's eyes glaze over if i try to talk about the food - so i don't usually try any more, figure better just to do it though it's a bit lonely sometimes. > > my step 3 has gone ok today. took my own hardboiled eggs along to a lunch, which was provided at a meeting i was at & there was white bean salad & veges & hummus & semi whole grain bread there (pleasant surprise). i wasn't quite full though so had a bit more when i got home & was pretty hungry by then. dinner was seitan & vege stew on rye sourdough toast & another egg - i'm not sure i ate enough but i'm finding it a bit hard to have a big meal at night. > > nicola
