Guest guest
oh thats great Melissa yes you made a good start with breakfast! I do sympathise with your DH predicament - one thing I found difficult was to stop thinking too much about everyone elses things (and my own problems) and just think " my breakfast " I got too easily distracted - needed to get my energy onto breakfast... the 4 parts of breakfast - have a look on the forum top tabs - you'll find it there. seven steps, click on that. Theres also recipes for shake you might like - I get all my breakfast protein in that way without overloading - I do admire you willing to experiment and baby- step! heres the 4 parts *enough protein for your weight *with a complex carb *within an hour of waking *every day you would be surprised to hear just how I managed to get most of that wrong myself LOL but really, its how I learnt best! Took me rather a long time to get the " within an hour " sussed out, I managed to manipulate that one a lot!! Are you happy with working out your protein requirements? remember any questions just ask. I wouldnt worry too much about journal till you are totally settled with breakfast. let us know your thoughts mosaic , " teach4withlove " <mmeast wrote: > > - > > > Hi Mosaic, > > I digress...my DH is on a get-rid-of-fat fad and I think I projected > that to everyone else!
