Guest guest
Greetings everyone- After being a pesco-vegetarian for 7 years and then back to meat for 6, I am back to my veggie status again now for 9 months. I've tried the RR program at various times over the past 10 years -never for more than a year and never as a vegetarian. I had a moment of clarity two weeks ago when I was researching ADD for myself. I realized my lack of focus (never mind weight gain mood swings and serous lack of energy) was due to my sugar dependancy. I want to try this program again. I am pretty open right now and also VERY scared to commit at the same time. In the past I found that cheese and soy don't agree with me. This seems ridiculously limiting. Help! I dont want to have to eat mounds of beans. (Thank you for the files listing protein sources and amounts---very helpful!) (Not on breakfast yet) Dayna
Guest guest
Hi Dayna, Shake works great for me! I highly recommend giving it a try for breakfast when you get started on step 1. Guest guest
I can hardly believe it! I bought rice protein powder tonite! I am going to try a smoothie in the morning with whole grain oats, fruit, soy milk (I'm going to test this out and see if I can handle the soy). I am amazed at my willingness and so grateful since I've been thinking about this (and praying for the willingness to be willing) for some time now. Here's to breakfast! Guest guest
I put almond milk in mine! (I also eat the brown on the side - usually brown rice - I never could get used to the texture with it blended in.) For about 3 weeks I was eating a different combo every morning til I found what works for me now.
