Guest guest
gosh what an interesting job. I love the dream but I am such a novice with horses - bit scary for me. My job just got much more physical too - much more walking than previously, so I am observing my journal carefully. I do need more food when I am doing more activity. At the moment I go everywhere with a snack for just in case, but may well have to increase my brown a bit Usually I have a soy shake, cottage cheese to bump my protein up to the right amount, I mix it with chilled decaf. Browns I vary but at the mo its savoury wild rice. I have it cooked in the fridge and just micro in am. mosaic , " shadowedorchid " <shadowedorchid wrote: > > > Let us know about your cooking and breakfast adventures, i'm always > interested to hear what people are trying. > > > > Tina > > Hi Tina, > THis is the other Tina checking in. Guest guest
The girls got up and made whole grain flatbread today. They sauteed some yellow peppers, red onions, garlic in olive oil (it tasted like there may have been some Anntony's Seasoning in there too), scrambled some eggs and made some veggie sausage crumbles. They layered all the ingredients on the flatbread and folded it in half like a taco. It was delicious! I had mine with some yogurt and fresh blueberries the kids had organic yellow grits with honey.
