Guest guest
Hi everyone, Just thought I would pop by and say hi. I joined and posted a couple of weeks ago but am not really into writing messages so have been quiet since. I am an Aussie living in London so feel I already spend enough time writing about myself to everyone back home. Though this is talking about my self in a different way. Anyway I am still plodding along, focusing on my breakfasts though I have cut out sugar from my diet as I couldn't handle the cravings and binges anymore. I am feeling really good about the no sugar but am kind of struggling with trying to get all the protein I need. It seems that you need to eat a hell of a lot of beans to make uo the protein and I keep feeling like reaching for the tofu all the time because I love it and it holds me really well. Anyway I am trying to stay balanced and not go crazy on the soy. Of course I am now heading to the one month mark where the motivation starts to wane a little so I think I will end up on here more to keep my focus. I also posted on the RR website about sruggling with cigarette and coffee cravings which isn't usually an issue for me. I am wondering if my body is craving this as an alternative to sugar. If anyone has an answer to this I would be really interested in hearing from you. All the best to everyone xx ( Lisa, posting under my name as you sent to me by mistake, posting to list! hope ok) , " mosaic " <mosaic58 wrote: > > nice to hear from you Pat, and feeling well - so you like your > Journal ? > > see the green " messages " towards the top of the page? > and underneath it says message # Go Search. > > look to the left, theres a blue oblong box > inside, listed > Home > messages > Post > Files > Photos > Links > database > etc > > click on files....vegetarian protein sources is in there. > > let us know if it works! > > mosaic > > > > > , patmatthews@ wrote: > > > > Hello Mosaic and Tina and all, > > > > Thanks for your replies.
