Hi everyone,

Just thought I would pop by and say hi. I joined and posted a couple

of weeks ago but am not

really into writing messages so have been quiet since. I am an Aussie

living in London so feel

I already spend enough time writing about myself to everyone back

home. Though this is

talking about my self in a different way.

Anyway I am still plodding along, focusing on my breakfasts though I

have cut out sugar

from my diet as I couldn't handle the cravings and binges anymore. I

am feeling really good

about the no sugar but am kind of struggling with trying to get all

the protein I need. It

seems that you need to eat a hell of a lot of beans to make uo the

protein and I keep feeling

like reaching for the tofu all the time because I love it and it

holds me really well. Anyway I

am trying to stay balanced and not go crazy on the soy. Of course I

am now heading to the

one month mark where the motivation starts to wane a little so I

think I will end up on here

more to keep my focus.

I also posted on the RR website about sruggling with cigarette and

coffee cravings which isn't

usually an issue for me. I am wondering if my body is craving this as

an alternative to sugar.

If anyone has an answer to this I would be really interested in

hearing from you.

All the best to everyone xx

( Lisa, posting under my name as you sent to me by mistake, posting

to list! hope ok)
