Hello everyone, I haven't posted here in a long time, but Kathleen gave

me permission to post a cookbook recommendation. See, I'm a wanna be

vegetarian, slowly moving my way that direction and sometimes I need a

little hand holding LOL. I received this book for Christmas and I

can't say enough good things about it. http://www.amazon.com/How-Cook-

Everything-Vegetarian-Meatless/dp/0764524836/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?

ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1203528407 & sr=1-1

It gives basic instructions for everything. The tofu chapter alone is

worth the purchase (did you know you could braise it????). There are

also instructions for making your own " patties " , which I just love. I

even learned things I didn't know about cooking eggs LOL.

So I thought I'd pass it along and hope that someone else might find it

useful :)

Thank you so much Heather ( & Kathleen)!

I'm always looking for new ways to cook tofu. I just ordered it! I always say

one can never have to many cookbooks. LOL

Thanks again for the tip!
