I would like to hear people's experiences with that, because i don't want to be on an ssri when i decide to get pregnant in 2-3 years. Guest guest Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 Hi Debbie, After a year of steadiness on step 7 I got off my SSRI. I've been off it for about 3 months now and I feel great. Kathleen helped me do it and it was relatively easy! I don't recommend doing it before step 7 and without supervision, but it can be done for sure!
