woke up 7.08a.m.

8.02 shake whith 250ml water, 1 cup mixed berries, 2 tbsp pp

8.30 one bowl oatmeal with 1 dried aprikot and 1 pear

then was invited for brunch and ate again at 10.45

2 slices w/bread, 1 egg, 2 slices cheese and 1 piece smooth cheese, 2

cherry tomatos, 6 bites ananas, ca 5 cups of tea till 1.30p.m.

now I'am confused about when to eat next and had 2 w/rice crisps at 3p.m.

Did nice slow yoga and not too much, deep relaxation.

So far for now, thank you for going this through with me.

Your bagel sounded yummy too. Do you bake those spelt bagels yourself?

Hi Anja,

Not sure where you live, but I buy the spelt bagels at Whole Foods. I do make my

own spelt bread though. I actually just finished baking a loaf. I can give you

the recipe if you're interested!

Sounds like breakfast felt good for you today? I'd just keep focusing on that

for the next week or so. And then worry about the rest when you come to it.

I try to always eat regular meals at 5 hour intervals and keep it on as regular

of a schedule as I can.

nice one Anja

I have to work very hard at weekend breakfasts. Because if i dont

pay attention I slip.

I eat weekdays at 7 am. I used to eat breakfast 10-ish at weekends

and it unsettled my steps. So For a while, I had to eat 7 am at

weekends too, but I am ok sleeping a little later now - my body wakes

me, when.

so last night I left shake prepared in fridge, and a cooked sweet

potato to reheat.

woke 8 ish, up immediately ( cos I know what I'm like, if I stay I'll

push it) downstairs, drink shake while admiring the snow (In April!)

and reheat sweet potato, salt, pepper and olive oil on it. Then run

back to bed for a snuggle. snooze a bit then read till 10 ish

I make bacon butties ( sandwiches) for the family about 10.30. If I

join in and snack then, I still keep my lunch at 1 pm, but smaller.

works for me.

just want to say about my " naughty step " comment. I thought I was

silly and used an expression you may be unfamiliar with. Its used

often here in UK as a jest. Specially since we had a TV

programme, 'supernanny' who was 'teaching' discipline techniques to

parents ( I believe its been on in the US too) and to allow a kid to

chill out, send to the naughty step. LOL I was ahead years ago and if

my kids needed two minutes calm-down they sat on the bottom step of

the stairs!

Work for me tomorrow and to make life easy I build my shake tonight

and leave it in the fridge. I like hassle free mornings

How about you?
