Guest guest
Hi Tina, probably bagels take a bit longer to become as common in Germany where I live than they are in the States. Here it's still the " Brötchen " (bisquits, little bread) that are the most common for breakfast. As for the bread I am looking for an oven, don't have one now so can't bake myself. I miss it. I loved baking my own bread. 5 hours between meals are a far dream for me but yes we start with breakfast. Still have a hard time focusing on one thing for more then 3 days. anja , Tina Castronovo <tcastronovo18 wrote: > > Hi Anja, > > Not sure where you live, but I buy the spelt bagels at Whole Foods. Guest guest
Hi Anja, I just want to say that I think you're doing very well! I remember how hard it was to focus on one thing when I started this program. I would think about one thing, then 5 other things would enter my mind and my brain wanted to think about all of them, too! Then I forgot the first thing I was thinking about and felt nervous and upset. It gets better, I promise. This program can be challenging, especially at the beginning. When our brain is not yet healed, all of the steps can seem very very difficult. But don't worry, just have a little patience ( " sich in Geduld fassen " ?). We take one step at a time. Each step can be tiny. We will help you and remind you to focus where you need to focus. As you do breakfast, you are healing. As you post here and keep trying, you are healing. ) Cinzia , " anja_dora " <anja_dora wrote: > > Hi Tina, probably bagels take a bit longer to become as common in > Germany where I live than they are in the States. > Here it's still the " Brötchen " (bisquits, little bread) that are the > most common for breakfast. > As for the bread I am looking for an oven, don't have one now so can't > bake myself.
