Guest guest
mosaic and Tina and all who are interested in my most interesting food adventures yesterday and today (twinkling) Well, I managed to have a snack and a good dinner (lentil-tofu-salad) than spud and get out of my confusion for the rest of the day. Having a smaller lunch after an invitation sounds like a comfortable and non confusing solution. Sometimes I can't think of the easiest thing. So today got up 8.27, had 2 scrambeld eggs with some cheese at around 9.15 and my beloved oatmeal with 1 small pear and 1/4 apple. is it possible that when I'm slightly " unsure " (not really hungry) when I go to bed and wake up in such an angry mood and /or anxious that this is low blood sugar from the night? and that it lasts the whole morning to recover from that? So my body wanted a snack at 12.30: carrot and 3/4 apple salad 1 1/2 slices of cheese. So she let me work for another hour and I had one big serving of potato-salad and a fish filet for lunch. I'm laughing cause I see I rush ahaed again. Not only breakfast, no all at once. Oh that nice brain patterns... Maybe the " naughty step " would help to stay on focus LOL Ah yes and it snows here too, big nice flakes onto tulipes and devodills. Guest guest
Hi Anja Glad you were able to sort things out yesterday. Is 2 scrambled eggs and cheese enough protein for your body? It sounds a little on the small side unless you are a very small person.
