About getting up.

As I am so unconsistent in my getting up time I always thought I make

my mealtimes every day up to the time I'm getting up.

After reading your post, mosaic, it seems as if I first I have to

fight for a consistent time to get? Brrrrr. I s that so?

I've got the feeling I'm completely new to this program. lol

 

This is all not really vegetarian stuff I talk about. Bad conscience.

Dont worry Anja, its just that my body didnt like weekend diversions

much.

 

as my blood sugar steadied out Ive got a lot better. But for a time

I needed to be consistent I think. 7 am in the week to 10 am and

beyond was too much for me to handle at one point. Too erratic. My

body wanted steady. It was worth it!

 

Your body will tell you whats right for *you.*

 

for the meantime just concentrate on that breakfast!

 

vegetarian list is to do steps! so worry not. You can hang out on

breakfast list as well, or 3, depending on what your focus is, its

all good
